The substitute will be a comparable product with similar features and is chosen at the discretion of hhgregg store management. hhgregg reserves the right to limit quantities.
Webstock (TM) Guarantee Description
hhgregg's Webstock (TM) Guarantee applies to all items designated with the descriptor logo (as seen to the left). When you purchase one of these items, and your order has been processed and confirmed by email, hhgregg guarantees that the item is available at your selected store location for immediate pickup. When you present your confirmation email at the store for pickup the Webstock (TM) Guarantee applies. This guarantee applies only to items purchased at hhgregg.com.
We cannot honor the Webstock (TM) Guarantee unless you make sure to bring:
1. Your Drivers License or a Photo ID
2. The credit card used to complete your purchase
3. A printed copy of the online receipt you will recieve after your purchase on hhgregg.com
